Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in a NetBurner product, tool, or example, please report it to:

• Phone: 1-800-695-6828 Please include as much detail as you can: the affected product and firmware/software version, steps to reproduce the issue, and its potential impact. If you have binaries to send, please describe them but only send them upon request.

Our Commitment

When you report a suspected vulnerability to us, NetBurner will acknowledge receipt and investigate it. Valid vulnerabilities are addressed according to their severity and impact, at our discretion, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
